It is that time of year again. The kids are out of school, the weather is warm and you have some vacation time. There are a lot of options out there that you could choose. I believe I can say from experience though, you can't go wrong with Disney. Whether you have little kids, big kids or no kids at all you have made a great choice in choosing Magic Kingdom.
Visiting the characters can almost take a full day. This is time consuming but so worth it to see the joy on your children's faces when they meet their favorite princess, hero or other Disney character. Buzz-Light year, Lightening McQueen, Snow White, Cinderella, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Jasmine and the list goes on and on and on. Be sure to buy an autograph book at one of the gift shops and collect these important characters autographs. It is so precious when you witness how nice the princess and all the other Disney celebrities are to your little ones.
You will want to walk around and meet all the characters. You can have your picture made with them. Be sure you get a Disney's Photo-pass and present it when you visit each one of them. Your picture will be taken and when you get home from vacation, just log in from your computer, view the pictures and you can order some special memories.
The park is just not for little children though. Children of all ages and adults alike will want to get in on the action. There are some amazing rides, that almost everyone can enjoy. The tea-cups, the train, Buzz-Light year, Pirates of the Caribbean and don't forget Space Mountain. The rides are very family friendly and safe.
If you have time after having pictures made and getting autographs from these important people, try out some rides. The tea-cups, the dumbo ride, the carousel and the magic carpet ride are always favorites. The fun doesn't stop there though. There are water rides and roller-coasters and many, many other things. Wow! Just so much to do.
You can enjoy great food at the park as well. Price ranges as well as the food will vary from restaurant to restaurant, but there is something to please everyone. You can enjoy entertaining meals with Disney Characters or grab something on the go. It is your vacation and your choice.
Night time is filled with magic too. Life is celebrated at the park nightly with a magnificent fireworks display. The colors and sounds will amaze you. Try to get real close to the front of the castle and you might see Tinkerbell fly out of one of the windows and out into the night.
